The aluminum profile is a modern, durable, lightweight structural material that allows you to implement various architectural solutions. Profiles are also easy to machine - grinding, drilling, and milling. Various systems of aluminum profiles are used to manufacture multiple structures, external and internal fences, and partitions in public, residential, and industrial buildings, as well as in the construction of industrial enterprises and shopping malls. Aluminum profile packaging is necessary to protect it from mechanical damage and contamination. Packaging is an important stage in powder coating an extruded aluminum profile, as it protects the finished product during loading and unloading operations. So the first step in the packaging process is to protect the surface of extruded aluminum profiles. This is done by placing a protective layer on the finished product, for example, polyethylene or paper. During transportation, this layer protects the profiles from scratches.
After applying the protective layer, extruded aluminum profiles are grouped by size, shape, and any other characteristics. After the profiles are grouped, they are fixed with tapes or other heat-resistant packaging materials. Packaging of profiles ensures safe transportation. The loading of the aluminum profile for delivery to the customer is carried out at the company's warehouse.
